I ordered new bearings and oil seals for my DT 360A (1974) project and removed all old bearings and oil seals. Only the bearing from the push lever axle I can not remove. Any idea? There is no special tool in the service manual.

Push lever = clutch actuator arm? , Small bearing puller and some heat, is it bad ? if not leaving it might be an option?

I'd leave it alone unless necessary. Otherwise might be able to pick the rollers & cage out & get something under the top lip. Sounds dodgy though if it went wrong.

If we are talking about the small needle roller bearing inside the gearbox case next to the clutch rod actuator/pivot, i broke two small pullers and ruined the bearing trying to get it out.
A machine shop had to do it for me.

thx god a friend of mine has a set of blind bearing pullers :) (thx for the tipps!!) to get out this damned bearing. NO PROBLEM with the puller. Work is done. Now all parts will be cleaned and get a glass beads blasting (don't know if this is the correct English designation).
