Having stripped my 360A front wheel to fit new bearings and seals I noticed no centre bearing spacer tube,has anyone got the dimensions so I can make one thanks.

Not rolled under the bench, they 'do that at my place lol'. If it's missing, the axle would need to be loose or bearing would be preloaded & be tight to turn or even crush the bearing in extreme tightening like i tend to do.
Sorry i'm no help.
Just measure from step to step where the bearing sits up to & add a mm or two just to be sure.
If you make it much too long & bearings aren't a super tight fit in the hub it might move sideways but at least 'then' you'll know exactly how much to remove.
Just don't make it too short to start with.
