Hello specialists! I found part no. 278-23124-50 for the inner tubes of my DT 360. Is there another part no. which fits to the DT 360 fork?

Replied by Gr8uncleal on topic compatible inner tubes front fork DT 360 A (1974)

That part is for the DS7 and R5.

The equivalent part for the DT360A is 291-23124-60. The US parts lists are on the CMSNL and Partzilla websites and the European model uses the same part.

After a long time of studying webpages and inquieries for hard chrome plating my inner tubes (200 € per tube!!) I decided to search tubes from a newer bike which can fit to the DT360.
Any ideas?

I have these in 2 of mine. Had to do a little hand fitting but otherwise decent quality. Currently out of stock but check with them on next availability.

TNK in Italy allegedly makes a lot of fork tubes for thousands of older bikes.  I know they have them for some of the 1970's Yamahas.  I've never been able to find a complete list though.

Here is a dealer in the UK that has an "enquiry form" and maybe they can come up with something?  motorcycleshockabsorbers.co.uk/order.php

Thx for your tipps! It seems not easy to find a pair of new tubes…. I‘m waiting for two more answers from dealers. In the new TNK list are not longer DT models before 1977.

Italian dealer has only these types:

Looks like they fit quite a few models right back to "71 looking down the list in this link.

Just googling the number came up with this below if still available.

Great find RT325!  Forgot all about HVC!  They started with street bikes like the RD's and are increasingly getting more parts for the Enduros!  I just got an email from them this morning where they now have the internal clutch damper rubbers for the AT/CT/DT's.  They even have a service to rebuild your clutch basket if you don't want to attempt it yourself.

GerryZ... if you can, it would be worth it to contact TNK to ask about TNK stock. Many times I've seen a new list but if you contact the manufacturer they still have or will make parts they recently "discontinued".
