My 75 250 had a new needle / seat and it leaked no matter what I did. Put in another new needle / seat, no leaks.

Overflow-breather pipe cracked at the base of the bowl. Floats rubbing on something.

Might be the tab stop on the float arm isn’t set correctly and allowing needle to drop out too far and sticking wide open.

Figured i would give an update. I got it figured out, it was the float itself. Somehow over the years the floats had moved out on the frame and were dragging on the float bowl. Ordered a new float and fixed it.
