The Fly bars have too much "sweep back" for my tastes... the early 70's Husqvarna bars are about the same height with less sweep than Fly Vintage... The Husqvarna bars are my favorites... and very high quality.
Husqvarna part number 15 13 018-01
I've heard they are still made in Europe... not sure where though. Here's a US seller.

I've found them NOS on ebay occasionally for $50 to $75
Renthal Aluminum 7/8" Vintage/Desert bend bars are a little lower but a lot tougher and harder to bend.
Vintage Spoke in the US has a few different selections that look good too.

(Kedo in Germany mentioned in the Vintage Spoke page might be the manufacturer of the Husqvarna bars)

I'm leaning towards the vintage spoke handlebars due to pricing, availability and looking very close to the originals and having the correct knurled pattern on the mounting points, wish the Husqvarna handlebars were priced in the same range as the vintage spoke versions. Thank You MarkT for posting those options, all great options.

You might want to ask about the dimensions from Vintage Spoke... I wish they had dimensions listed.
And see if maybe you can find someone that sells Kedo closer to you..

Another option for a pure rider (or resto-mod) are the Tusk T-10 aluminum in the ATV bend. I amusing them on my DT175 build and like the look. The silver color is a decent match for the stock fender silver. About $32

don't mind the mess . . .
ive used these on my DR650SE, and it's been through several crashes and they seem to be quite resilient.

IF it isn't one thing, it's another.

Thank You Mako & MarkT for the links and options, I might buy both the TT & DT versions from vintage spoke to see which I like best, when I do I will post measurements to see which ones closely resembles the stock handlebars on the DT400.

There have been numerous suggestions and links earlier in this post for the DT400 which should be the same as the 360A. Although for "identical to original " you'll have to search the part number for NOS ones which if exist will likely cost big $$$. The ones above are all decent replicas.

A word of caution - from what I've gleaned, the 'rise' that handlebar sellers quote does not necessarily equate to the vertical distance between the centre of the bar and the centre of the brace (which, for the DT400B should be 4.5").
