New to the forum as I've dug out from barn storage my 1974 YZ360A and plan on doing a restoration. Are there other members here that have this specific year and model?
Thanks, Jon

Welcome. I'd be interested to know how you managed to fit the clutch cover back to front. Ok ya only sat it there to see if we'd notice lol. I had a few left over bits from someones blowups a few years ago & sold a damaged clutch cover. wish i'd kept it now as would look trick on my RT2 play bike. I still have some crank wheels somewhere from a 250 but identical except 6mm less stroke on a 250. Had a frame too into which i built a mixture 250 motor with that same good cover i had. Back in the day "74 when we sold them at work i couldn't afford one as were very expensive down here in NZ. Then damn it the importer had a few left over a couple of years later & sold for under $700 by memory--250 & 360. Still couldn't find the money as had moved on to the later MX250B or YZ250C by that stage. If only we knew what we know now as are worth GOLD restored back to health. Importer loaned me a YZ125A that year. That was fun. Cheers.

It's amazing what some previous owners can get backwards...and still live to tell the tale of it.

I remember assembling them at work & thinking man those forks look like they'd snap off with a hard landing--so thin in the walls. Never heard of one giving out though.
