Has anyone replaced the Clutch Shaft Lever Arm oil seal on the MX400?

Does the engine have to come out because the frame rail runs underneath which looks like it would block its extraction.  

My DT250 has much wider frame rails leaving loads of space to remove the shaft.

Yamaha wouldn't do 'that'--would they!!. Can the arm come down a little then tilt to clear when the far end leaves it's guide. I don't know, I'm not looking at pics at the mo.
