That's the model DT175 with the different motor.  You can see the flange type fixing for the cylinder. The 175MX cylinder can be modified to fit DT/TY twin shock crankcases.

You can get Yamaha Blaster (200cc ATV) vForce reeds to fit a 250 pretty easy. Is the TY250 the same casting as the DT3?
If yes, here's what I did
