Just inherited a 1972 Yamaha JT2 MX and would love to get it running for my grandsons to ride.  Does anyone know a reliable restorer in the Colorado Springs area?

This will seem weird but I have an address for a guy I picked up some parts from in Calhan. He's big into vintage bikes and runs a shop out of his barns. I lost his card so I don't have a name/number but his address is 618 Buffalo Run Road, Calhan 80808. Maybe take a drive out there and see what you think. Or try David Frink at Boulder Street Moto (its basically a co-op service shop for do it yourselfers who don't have their own work areas/tools). David is a good guy and has plenty of connections in CO Springs. He'll point you in the right direction. I met him on a 1000 mile vintage dual sport ride based out of there a few months ago (and my RT3 did great for all 1000 miles!). Good luck!
