Does this bearing look correct for the DT360? was created by pabdt
Ebay Link.
All I'm using from this kit is the bearing. Enduronut has sent me a piston/pin/clips so I know those are correct. Thanks E.

His listing says it does. Best thing to do is send the seller a message with the same question. He will know.

Does it sit good between the gudgeon posses in your piston. Are you just looking--not bought yet. Might be just me but id expect a bit more overhang at the ends for a 360 piston unless the piston is cast to allow for one bearing fits all--250 & 360, but don't think that's the case.

I have an old "paper" parts list that shows the 1974 DT360 upper rod bearing as 93310-21854 which supersedes to 93310-218A6-00 and is still available. (Keeping in mind sometime Yamaha had mistakes, Enduronut would know)
www.partzilla.com/product/yamaha/93310-2...n_sku=93310-21854-00
Same as the upper bearing for the earlier models listed in Buzzard's ebay ad. I'd buy an OEM bearing rather than his kit.

I put the number on ebay & pic shows wider past the rollers ends--if the rollers are the same length for 250-360.
I have no luck linking ebay direct to show the pic.
Yamaha 93310-21854. OEM Cylinder Bearing. Fits Yamaha Applications.

Ok, i'll stop mucking you around.
I just measured a DT1 & RT1 piston & is 23.3mm between there.
So did same with an RT2 piston & same result 23.3--maybe 23.2 but anyway.
So i guess i'm wrong--again.

Thanks for the part references above. I'm going to pick one of those up.
btw, I measured and got a similar number. my stock DT360 piston was about the same.
skydancer, that is a classic capt obvious response. completely uninformed and wrong of course.

Absolutely not. What part of it is wrong? You asked if the bearing looks correct for the DT360? The answer is yes.
Your rod opening is 22mm, your wrist pin part # 275-11633-00 is 18mm. Same size as this one in his kit. The rollers on the bearing are 2mm each. Doesn't make a difference if its a 214- or 275- wrist pin. Both are 18mm. So the bearing will work. I have a DT360 rod and new wrist pin right here in front of me on my bench. I checked the measurements.
I simply recommended you contact bikebuzzard, the e-bay listing your asking about. He will be more then happy to answer your questions about his listings and parts. I have talked to him numerous times on the phone and thru messenger when i had questions. He is one of the few sellers that does know something on these old Yamaha's and what fits and what doesn't. He is selling the part your asking about. Why would you not want to ask him? Like i said his listing does show it fits the DT360?
Am i reading your question wrong?
