Massive thank you was created by DT-Steve985

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Alan Bennett. I went over to visit him and his museum of old classic Yamahas to purchase a low mudguard (fender) for the DT and all I can say is what a true gent. It was a pleasure to meet you and your collection today and if the wife wasn’t in the car I would probably still be there chatting and learning.

Loving the look of the bike.

Steve

If I'd known your good lady was in the car, I would have invited her into the garage and to join the conversation (or maybe watch her eyes glaze over.........!

Alan is one of the good guys, he's helped me out with parts that I can't find here in the States but are available on your side of the pond.

True Alan, I'll be meeting another one tomorrow morning.  John is hooking me up with handlebars for my 250 and a front fender for my 400.
