Yikes! Glad I got my 1975 DT400B and when my wife bought it for me. she gave a reasonable 1500 for it. too crazy for me these days...

To be honest, if some daft arse were to seriously pay that ,then if it were real, they want a swift kick in the bollocks and it would be well deserved.
Currently there's a guy on ebay uk trying to sell a heap of an RT1B. He started off at £2900 for an incomplete messed with bike . It's below average condition. He's dropped it to £2500 and it's still way to dear . He probably paid about $1000 max for that bike after import duty. These people are trying to cash in on " Blue chip investment" as they put it. These and all bikes aren't true investment ! If you want investment BUY GOLD ! The arse won't fall out the market in 5 years .
They're just taking affordable bikes out of reach of people.
If you Blue chippers happen to read this, do us serious motorcyclists a favour and Fu*k off !
