After a hiatus since 2019, thought I ought to check in. Shortly hope to get my CT1B back in working order...problem being it really starts missing once you get above 30 mph. Tried carb cleaning but no real change. Timing checked to within acceptable limits. Been thinking it might be the condenser on the stator and have one or two replacements I might change the complete stator out with. Would have tried this earlier but darned if I somehow misplaced the one and only key I had for the ignition, but found one on Ebay, so will see what I can do this summer...

Exhaust baffle is next if carb has been gone over. But don't forget the tiny Oring in the carb as drown it on open throttle is not sealing. Maybe a spider nest in the air filter intake if its been parked for a long time. Had a mouse nest in my exhaust. Exhaust was off at the time. Welcome back.
