Gosh i know its not your workmanship that did that, but makes one wonder how big a hammer it took to do that, bent & all.

Certainly looks like a PO got overly enthusiastic with the old club hammer.  Mind you the taper on the shaft looks pretty smooth and clean so provided it's matched up with a clean taper on the rebuild flywheel they should hold together.  My only concern would be in trusting that thread to deliver 70Nm of torque and hence keep the tapered surfaces 'squeezed' together preventing the woodruff key from being sheared. To the new owner of the crankshaft I reckon a good machine shop could, depending on the severity of the bend 'dress' the thread down to the next size (o.k. you'd need a slightly smaller nut but that's no big deal). The rolls-royce job would be if they built the threaded area back up with metal, and then cut the thread back to stock size.  Either solution remember to get your big end bearing renewed while the crank is split.  Please keep us all posted on your outcome, because us sad old engineers like to know lol.

I ran the flywheel for awhile and I was able to torque to specs, but it was always on my mind. So I bought another crank and rebuilt it.
Thanks Mark
