Great advice and much appreciated for sharing that!  I like the idea of having some in the tank for insurance.   As for jetting how does one learn how to get that right?  I have rebuilt the carb and went with the main jet size recommended in the manufactures manual.  What else can I learn in this?

Any time I find something I think I'll need, I cut and paste it into what is now about a 15-page WORD file organized by parts of the bike: Carb, Brakes, Exhaust, Fuel tank, Oil tank, Paint, etc.
