I am not against anybody. My father died in 1972. So, anything produced in 1972, except the 12 cylinder Red Ferrari Daytona - I would not have in my garage. I miss my daddy. I'm not against anybody particularly.

Ah, "Collect Arguments and Supporting evidence." You said it.
Seems like you got that. ( wither you wanted some opinions or not, not everybody loves the 72 model, not everybody loves the badge bikes, some want mono shock, some want dual shocks, reeds or no reeds !?! )
Like Chevy or a Ford, different strokes for different folks.
My opinion is the non tank badge bikes, although great bikes, are just lack luster in looks. Simple.
