can you feel any depth to the vertical streaks in the cylinder with your fingernail?
A picture of the rings through the exhaust port would be useful in further accessing piston/rings
did it run before you popped off the head?
Looks pretty decent to me, but I cannot feel bore

The cylinder looks pretty smooth, no cross hatch so it's been a while since it's last hone and I'd hope that the last person who put in piston, new or not, would at least run a hone through it.

Could very well be the original. Hard to determine a whole lot from the crown though.
If it runs well and doesn't slap excessively I would leave it alone.

Thank you for your Answer!
The depths are very small, i barely can feel it with my fingernail.
I will upload a picture from the exhaust port as soon as possible!
The Yamaha was running, yes. no sign of damages.
