1975 DT400b Tank Damper was created by GaryDean

Hi Guys
I have noticed my large tank damper is missing on my 75 DT400b. Yamaha part number 363-24183-00
does anyone know if this same damper was fitted to other bikes and a source for 1 in the UK

I assume it just keeps the tank aligned and reduces vibration to the tank? If I cannot get 1 will a chunk of foam suffice?
