CT2 headlamp rim was created by djetmb

The headlamp rim on my CT2 is beyond repair and new or good used ones are like moon rocks to obtain.

Has anyone tried the aftermarket complete headlamps on e-bay?

I'm not concerned with originality, just a decent replacement that fits.

Thanks.

If you can figure out that a 75 dt250a will fit, I have one… I better make sure it isn’t beat up first.

A couple of questions:-

1) I think that you're in Canada? Did you get the US style headlight, with all of the beam adjusting paraphernalia inside, or the Euro style one, with the headlight clipping straight to the rim?

2) What is the YHA number pressed into the underside of the headlight bowl?

Anything is possible, but years ago I didn't have much luck trying to fit an aftermarket headlight for a friend that was missing the whole assembly.

I probably have a few used headlight rims though.
