DT2 locating damper was created by Stevvo

Hi, Im missing the fuel tank locating damper, 214-24184-00, that the rear of the tank sits on. Could somebody please measure the height of the tab on the tank that the rubber hold down band secures? Height from frame rails to tab please....

On my DT3 it is held in place with zipties through the holes going around the frame.  Unsure if the bands are original.  On my dads DT2 it was completely missing and the tank only had the foam under it.  We bought the KDI one and used zip ties.

There is a stud located on the underside of the frame which the two looped ends of the rubber strap
slip over . The rubber strap fits other model bikes too , so one strap can mimic various strap lengths as required .
