I'm fighting them on the storage fees right now. They have referred me to a collection service as of now. I have not been able to get a customer service rep. to contact me and explain why I need to pay them a storage fee.

I feel your frustration. The week the package showed up and I had one week to get FedEx their answers was pretty frantic. The charges were split up so I could see how much was each "cost", but I could only pay the total. Hope you can get it sorted, or at least get your questions answered.
