...and the last "boogered" up part of the exhaust...I HOPE.

If anyone is interested, the thread part is M6 x 10mm. drill, tap, threaded is how I replaced it. I would have welded it on, but space limited.

I think the previous owner of that 360 was gifted a “rattle gun” and its ability to snap fasteners.

Ok, it was so hot today that....yes, my Holter monitor even fell off. Did get a small amount of work done though.
Note, the instrument dampers for the pins I found at ACE Hardware, so I listed their size. Very inexpensive. I think I got the clips there but can remember about the metal cups.

Guys, I want to thank DEET again for his work. It is clearly exceptional. The instruments are incredible just like the oil pump he restored. I have some rubber rings I need to clean up and install. Going to try and post up a night shot w/lights soon.

Got these NOS turn signals from him COMPLETE with ALL necessary mounting hardware. Disclaimer: loose wires on turn signals/handle bars need securing.

Update: Bike is basically complete so I thought I would put up a pic of it from today, sans a few sprocket and oil pump covers I need to put on. You know how it goes, had to crank it today. Keep in mind this bike is really 6 y/o. The resto started in 2019. I had some medical problems that slowed me a bit and then I guess I'm just slow anyway!
Mods: key on, you get all lights, has VAPE ignition, H4 Headlight hi/lo, SP96 Sleeper Pipe. The exhaust is raspy. I like it. I wish I had not done the key on thing, but wanted power to test the bike's lights. I could have done that just wiring directly I guess. I may go in and remove the relay after a while.
I'll post some sunshine shots tomorrow and a video running, but here are a few to gaze at. This is my version of a resto. Intent was make it a clean, nice bike to ride. A lot of the parts on the bike I reused.
Note, head shield, muffler hold down parts on way. Was running on weedeater gas today plus the oil pump. I'll probably empty that and get a fresh batch of fuel for it Sun.
OIL PUMP INQUIRY: I ended up at 0.015" on the oil pump clearance, though book states max 0.010". It simply would not put out oil at zero throttle doing this and was low at WOT volume. Was high side of delivery at 200 strokes at 0.015". Thoughts on this?

Short video. Engine runs really well. I have not done a street check yet. Need to tighten up chain, change fuel, take this bike off NON OP at DMV.
