Hi Fellas, i have a DT 175 model A 1974 that i am trying to restore . according to the spec the oil should be 1.2 l engine capacity and .65 l gear box capacity . so a total of 1.85 liters ? on the oil fill casing it has 650cc ? any suggestions please .thank you....

Your two stroke "engine oil" spec is the volume of the Autolube TANK which should be mounted on the frame.  The pump injects small amounts of oil into the intake which mixes with the fuel and is burned.  If that system is not working or you're not sure, you must mix two-stroke oil into the gasoline.  A ratio of 32:1 is common. 

Transmission takes wet clutch rated oil...  fill plug by kick starter.
