Finally picked up my rt3 I bought a few weeks ago. Got it from a farm and it hasn’t been run in a while. 6000 miles on it but pretty complete. Missing front fender lights and an air box. Quick search for an air box showed $150 which is ridiculous haha also am not sure if it is a stock carb as the logo on the right side doesn’t say “mic” but it doesn’t look like a cheap Chinese one either so I will have to send a picture. The carb seems pretty clean but will for sure be ultrasoniced. Didn’t realize the extend of the spray paint untill I got my hands on it so I’m going to have to get that off of everything. Tank was sprayed black but I have a stock rt3 tank I got on a trade for my dt3 tank. Had it running day after I picked it up. Doesn’t run great but enough that I drive it around some. Need to find an air cleaner solution and definitely a kdi cover and foam. The decompression lever also seems to not operate fully either. Looking forward to getting jt looking nice but need to do my dt3 and ct1 first. 

Good morning Brock, I use a Uni Filter with a pre filter on my DT2 since I went with a bigger carb.  You might try that until you can find a filter housing.

Thanks yeah that is mine plan for now. Going to try and see if I can get it running right and then tear it down to the frame and get all this paint off.
