I drilled and tapped an m8 into the crankshaft and bolted the flywheel up tonight. As a surprise to nobody, my troubles don't end there. The flywheel gets bolted all the way untill it tightens against the backplate and not onto the crankshaft. Not exactly sure where to go from there, how tough would it be to go back to the original setup, not that I even have the parts to do it? Luckily for the bike I don't think its ran more than 2 minutes with this interesting setup.

I have a complete LT2 engine if you want to go back to stock.

I also have an LT2 engine that I got with a different bike but that one is seized. With that being said, would be interested in the LT2 engine possibly, what's the condition?
