I'll go--everything bunged up. Time for a good clean. Could pull the carb bung-mainjet first to let a bit drain through clean & check the main jet as has to go through there to get up the needle & into the motor.

There is a rubber O-ring around the fuel selector lever…
I’ve been fighting with mine… I ordered a new petcock… once I get it, and if it all fits and doesn’t leak, I’ll tell about it…

I've been fighting mine as well, rebuilt it but still wants to leak at times so I'll be looking at buying a new one too.

New rubber should fix it. I turned mine over which helped but they can get ripped between the holes & then ya out of luck. Gotta be careful not to trap the wavy washer screwing the plate on too. I used to give the wavy a bit of a bend to increase tension but probably only works in theory.
