CMSNL are showing as having the lower half of the bracket in stock. Otherwise fleabay is your best bet. Note that they are often included within job lots of parts and, as they were fitted to a lot of models of that era, don't limit your search to just the DT250.

Seller has some on ebay...  Not cheap though.  Yours look like aftermarket reproductions possibly?  You can buy complete lamps with brackets very cheap sometimes. They look original but not built as well as original type.
