 Carb has 285 E1ID on cylinder side 30.4mmOD airbox side 42.1mm.............         Kicker had a letter R on inside at the top

285 is the model code for the 1970 DT1CM.

Carb is correct for a 1970 DT1C MX.  It believe it could also be from a later DT1 GYT kit bought in 1970 or soon thereafter.
