Yamaha DT400 swing arm conversion to YZ aluminum swingarm was created by montanayammy

Hey all-

Does anyone know if the aluminum swingarm from a 1978 YZ fit the same year DT400 frame? I was thinking of upgrading but wasn't sure of the dimensions. Thanks-

I believe that I read somewhere that it will work. It makes the bike sit higher. Keep us updated. I might do this on my 1978 dt400
