Gas seeping out exhaust

Gas seeping out exhaust was created by Pap

I have a 175 ct3 it ran good when I parked it about 3 weeks ago but Today It won’t start I put a new plug in and it seems to have good spark the plug seems wet and I have gas seeping out of a crack in the top of the exhaust pipe at the first bend it did try to fire once can anybody give me any ideas what’s wrong

Probably flooded.  Petcock may have been left on or doesn't shut off properly.

Well flooded is my guess. If it fired once just hold the throttle wide open & leave fuel off for now & kick. Then worry about what caused it later. She'll smoke lots till it dries out. Then again if its fuel going in & not the oil pump gravity feeding in it might not smoke bad, just be all rich running for 5 minutes.
