Over winter I noticed some fluid on ground and traced it back to the bottom of intake boot and it was 2 Stroke oil. I have never messed with the oil induction or oil lines. How do I fix this issue as I wasn't aware there were any seals in that area?
Thanks in advance!!

What it sounds to me is possibly the oil getting past the check ball in the oil pump. From setting a while the head pressure of the oil in the tank against the check ball may be letting it by which would flow (slowly) directly into the carb and finding its way out.  If you get the bike out and run it that may clear it up or maybe check and clean the check ball. Could have a spot of crud from the oil tank dislodging the check ball too. There wasn't a filter screen on the tank outlet like the earlier bikes.  I had a similar situation which actually took DEET to rebuild my pump for my 78 DT400E.

Thanks for the info. Just git a new intake boot so guess I'll reinstall, ride it, see what happens.
