    Just purchased a 1972 Yamaha DT-250. My question is using 1972 ct2 175 ignition on the 250. Both have 10 wires coming from ignition assembly. 1st pic new bike. 2nd pic what I have. 3rd pic eBay DT-250 assbly. 4th pic   showing the 10 wires. 5th pic 1972 ct-175 ignition assbly. So after all that, looks like I can purchase 175 ignition and put on 250. Will it work. DT-250 assbly are hard to find. But I have found on eBay 175 ignition assbly. Thanks so much for your input.
