Main nozzle oring was created by Dad637

It’s been a minute but had a quick question on the main nozzle o ring of my 71 DT-1E.  Do I have to suck up the $9 in shipping or will an auto parts store have something that could work.  I fear I know the real answer but would love to hear it from someone who actually knows.

Cheers,

MB

I just order my genuine Yamaha parts from my local bike shop - often cheaper than online and zero shipping.

Not much hasn't been discussed here many times.  Here's one of the threads on the o-rings. Not specific to your bike but has good info if you read through it.  Or just get the part from Yamaha.

P.S.  I just checked and it appears the DT175 in the above thread link uses the same o-ring part number as your DT1 according to partzilla?

Was having issues with breaking down mid range on my CT3 and replaced it with a 007 o-ring from O'Reillys for $.99 and running GREAT now.
Thanks!
