Some yamaha seal numbers I've used. Should be available
Also look at earlier bike parts lists as they often have pump parts diagrams. Pumps haven't changed much.
Small internal driveshaft seal: 93104-06108-00-00
Primer end seal: 93101-10090-00-00
Pump seal : 93104-14059-00-00
You can also measure old seals or housing and shaft to see if you can find generic seals someplace

I would imagine that the part numbers that Mark has provided from the US model will be the same as fitted to your bike, but you might want to check, just to be sure.
If you still need the dimensions, as opposed to just ordering original Yamaha parts, then look for any photos of the part numbers on sites such as CMSNL, Partzilla, fleabay and archive internet pictures. Seals often have the dimensions stamped on them, so you should be able to see from the images what sizes the seals are. I would cross reference three or four different images, just in case some have been incorrectly listed.
