hi all what tire pressure should i be running in an 1983 ag175 mainly farm use/off road riding... thanks i recently ripped the valve stem out the front tube so installing a rim lock but would like to know the correct pressure anyhow thanks?

Hi, not sure what the manual says but i'd only run about 15psi for a bit of comfort & better grip on soft ground--not that there any soft ground here in NZ at the moment but winter will arrive oneday. Good idea to leave the valve stem locknut wound back so you can see the valve tilting if the tyre is moving on the rim & if it gets to the limit of angle then you can let the air out & easily move it back by moving the tyre. If its slowly angling the you could turn it back more than straight so ya have a bit more time before fixing it again. Rim lock you fitted will save it though. Sounds like ya giving it 'heaps' to pull the valve out--AG175 motocrossing. I just run anything i'm MX-ing at about 10psi. No real hard & fast rule, just what you feel is best for your situation. Too hard & you'll be all over the show looking for grip unless its a brand new sharp knobbly tyre.
