DT250 crankshaft washer

DT250 crankshaft washer was created by Enduro nut

So im finally putting the engine together for my 75 DT250 and upon disassembly i noticed this washer on the clutch side of the crank. Its very thin and i cant seem to find it anywhere in the diagram. Just wondering if thats supposed to be on there?

Hmm,
on my bike, it wasn´t mounted on the crank side. Maybe it´s just for distancing the crank to the case, if necessary?
But how to measure?

Not sure what its for but if mark says it goes on there then its going on there. Just kind of threw me off because i never seen one on the other cranks ive had apart.
