Mandarin Orange is available from VMR Paints, 855-485-7500
I got it in spray can from Auto Paint HQ to paint my Yamaha R5,
It may be House of Kolors Tangerine Orange Candy

You may well know this already but it is not normal paint, you could paint a newspaper with it and still read the headlines . It requires Galaxy Silver undercoat, then the candy paint applied multiple coats. Each coat applied the finish coat will be darker. It will look terrible at this stage- flat and a dull reddish color....top coat is a clear that completely changes it 
 So your going to need three paints / the silver undercoat, the orange and the clearcoat
