Free flow air filter was created by Schu

Is there a trick to putting these air filters back on the basket?

Kinda like your favorite pair of socks!

New ones on order.....

The new one I put on my RT2, came all oiled up and went on very simply... You shouldn't have a problem.. The old foam looks... well... past its usefulness..  (:

I was joking about the install question. That filter was sooo rotten you could probably have blown the foam off like fluff from a dandelion. I had to replace two of them recently for rotten foam.

Hope you hadn't run it before finding 'that'. Crumbly bits get in the air jet leading to the emulsion tube needle jet.

When I removed it from the air box it looked like it was brand new. As soon as I touched it the foam just disintegrated. Never saw one quite so bad.
