Interesting. Clutch looks on the crankshaft but arm is light up so wonder whats going on. Is that a high low lump on the left cover too in the facebook link, lots of pics. Thanks for posting--something quite different.

He had another bike for sale. It’s clean and a neat project. Looks big for an 80cc.
That left side hump looks like maybe a cover to adjust the clutch rod going through the cases. Must be a tricky setup on that right side as you noted they don’t line up.

If he had a bigger bike it could have been a 125mx. They used a Sachs motor. The Rupp mx and the Canadian Alloutte looked kinda similar. I would love to have either one.

Interesting, I remember Rupp snowmobiles, but didn't hear about bikes. Same for Alloutte.
