Buyer beware-Fuel filters was created by Jack
I apologize if this has been discussed before but wanted to let others know of my experience with two fuel filters I recently bought. They are from APE RACING. I bought mine from Amazon. I got two and the first one broke while I was installing it, nipple snapped right off. I shrugged it off as a fluke and just one of those one time things so went ahead and installed the second one. It went on fine and I took the bike for a few laps around the back field. Parked it back in the shop and forgot about it. Working out there again today I was standing at my work bench, had just finished welding an adapter I was making to help me jack up one of my bikes that doesn't fit my jack due to a cross over pipe that runs under the frame.
Anyway I turned around and noticed a puddle under the 360 which was parked a few feet away. What the hey! I saw that the filter had broke off in exactly the same place the other one had the day before. I plugged the hose off and immediately contacted Amazon to complain. They gave me a no hassle refund so I appreciate that but I took the time to write up a very bad review on these filters. I also looked at other reviews (which I should have done BEFORE ordering. The reviews are littered with tons of reviews which describe my experience to a T. I don't know why these are still being sold as it seems to me they are not only junk but potentially dangerous.
Be smarter than me and check out the reviews on these before purchasing.

I have used these fuel filters successfully with no complaints. I believe that I purchased 10 in October 2020. Paid $2.80 each.

Looks identical but produced by different manufacturer. Heading to local parts store shortly to pick up whatever they have on hand so I can ride the bike but I'll order one from your link to have as a spare. Thanks
