So the wiring an this frankenstein is atrocious at best and most of it is trash. This said im just going to wire it from scratch with hopes that fresh connections will be enough to get a spark.
Before i start tho, perhaps you guys can take a look at the attached pic of what i plan to do and make sure im on the right path.
as a side note., i have a good ground, and i know the starter circuit is good less the solenoid because when i jump it direct from the battery it turns.
dont need lights or signals this is going to be a trail bike.
thanks all.

Should work. My phone won't let me see diagrams very well I'll get back to you in a while...
To get spark you just need a good 12v battery. + to + side of coil. - side of coil to points. (Should be orange wire if my memory is right ). Then just opening points should get you spark.

Your diagram to get spark is not even close. Nor is the "starter" diagram. You don't need a starter. But you do need a generator and need a regulator unless you just want to ride 5 minutes and then charge the battery back up?
Ignition is simple, just like a car. You need switched POWER from the battery to the coil + and the other side of the coil goes directly to the points/condenser. That's it.
