Doh…
Yes ACW…. I turned it over with the kick start and replicated the ACW rotation.
No idea why I replied CW…. Senility setting in.

Put some 2T oil down the bore and spun it over with battery drill with spark plug out and piston moved to & fro :-)

First start achieved :-)
Started on premix from auxiliary fuel tank and saw oil pump up to carb through my clear oil feed pipe.
Weep from transmission sump plug (nipped up), petrol p**sing out of carb over flow pipe (have a new yamaha needle valve to fit) and a single drip the counter shaft seal (will keep an eye on that).
Overall very pleased - it sounded sweet!
