I’m pretty sure the blue wire needs to go to a push button kill switch - it completes a ground when pushed and that stops spark. I had the same problem at first with my CT3 and VAPE ignition, it worked great after I wired the blue wire from the coil to a cheap momentary action kill switch.

How did you set your timing with the Vape ignition

Make sure you check all of the grounds for less than 1 ohm resistance.  Pick a bare metal spot on the frame and then check the magneto backing plate, the two high tension coil grounds and that the blue wire is not grounded.

Sorry, there is only one ground on the high tension coil, the other is the spark plug.

Timing is set by lining up a mark on the stator with a mark on the flywheel while the piston (in the CT3’s case) is 1.8 mm BTDC.

Umm...  yeah...  you don't have the wiring right at all.  Why is blue connected to some sort of solenoid that looks like it connects to regulator?  Hopefully nothing got damaged.

This is a magneto with basically two separate circuits that have nothing to do with each other.

Wires from stator to ignition coil power and trigger the ignition.  White and brown.   Blue from ignition coil doesn't connect to anything if you want spark.  To kill spark you ground the blue wire with a switch as several have said.

That's one circuit.  The above is all you need for spark. You could ride the bike like that without lights.

Then you have the lights and battery charge circuit.  The two black wires from stator go to regulator/rectifier where the AC power from stator is converted to 12v DC.  Red from rectifier is your 12v + and regulator case (which must be well grounded to motorcycle frame!) is 12v -

There are several ways to wire up the 12v red to run all the lights and accessories and/or battery...  but the black wires and the red wire have NOTHING to do with the ignition coil stuff.

Hope you figure it out.

Also, ignition coil (which has the CDI box built in to it) must be grounded solidly through its mount to frame... it's hard to tell in video if coil is solidly bolted and grounded to frame or just hanging loose by one bolt.

The little triangle shaped symbols made out of parallel lines in the wiring diagram are symbols showing that wire or component is grounded.

Problem "solved". It now sparks even without the key inserted. I will fix it with a relay.
Thanks a lot and stay tuned...I have another problem :)
