As an all round bike I liked running 16/45, but for more trail riding I'm currently running 14/45 and it's nice compromise if you have trails that are tight, steep, and or technical. It'll climb anything at walking pace with a 13/45 but top speed is too low at ~45 indicated on the speedo.
These trails are steeper than the look, this is with the 14/45 combo.

On my CT3 I have been running 17/39 sprockets. They work fine for me even for a lot of trail riding. For more serious trail riding I go to 16/39. My CT3 is not stock! For a stock CT, I would recomend 17/45 sprockets. That setup will give you more top end for the street and will easily handle most trails

In my post I had said that it was stripped and really rough so it wont ever see the street. I think ill go with 14/45 as DARINM posted what was on his in the video. That makes more sense for what I'll be doing. I can easily go up a tooth or two on front if needed. Thanks guys for the replies.
