I'm searching for an Exhaust Silencer to fit my DT1 B .
The same part was also fitted to AT 1/2/3 and CT 1/2/3 too .
I'm hoping someone someone might have a good used spare , amongst their stash of
used parts , and be prepared to sell it to me .
The original part number was 214-14753-01 .

CMSNL have new "-00" versions in stock, which they list as being for your model.

Unfortunately , the 00 version is a completely different animal .
A number of those available NOS around the world .
They fitted 68 and early 69 DT1's .

Swoop - It sounds as if you have one of the two parts that make up the exhaust tip. If not this item might be a fix. Interesting part in that it has no Krizman Spark Arrestor. This seller has some JDM NOS parts - I am no expert but wonder if this part is JDM. I have one of these and could measure for you if needed. I bought one in a bundle deal with the plan to use it as parts to make the part your after. Enduronut posted some plans/measurements of the part your after on other posts.

The item you show was fitted to 69  DT1's after exhaust pipe revision that went to Oceania .
Probably likewise fitted to JDM's of the same vintage .
As mine was an import out of US , I'm not completely sure it will fit my pipe .
I had spotted the item , and have been watching and mulling it over , whether to take a punt on it .

As I have one here and a NOS ct1 pipe - let me know if you want me to check the fit

Could you measure the diameter of the perforated tube , and the overall length please .
( in mm if possible , otherwise I'll do a conversion ) .

Measurements
250mm long overall. approx 24.5mm for perforated tube.

All the perf tubes are 24-25mm. Aus/JDM CT1, 68 Dt1 and the one we are discussing.

I have added another photo with early RT1 exhaust ends. Overall the outer measures 203mm and inner 154mm.

Out of curiosity ,  Does my LT2 come with silencer too ? and how do i verify it ? 

Yes it should . Send through a photo of the tail end of the pipe .
