Vintage Dealership Stickers was created by JayB
Back in the day, dealerships would put a sticker on the motorcycles they sold. Here are ones that I have. These are all from local bikes and dealerships near where I live.
The rough Cycles Inc. sticker is on the fender of a CB160. I have the whole bike disassembled. I went to Cycles Inc a few times back in the day (1970s). I think my brother in law might have worked there some.
This one is on a Honda 90 project. I thought I had another Heyser sticker that said "Home of the country deal" but I can't find it right now, or it was a figment of my imagination! I spent a lot of time at Heysers and my dad bought me my first enduro there, a purple '73 Yamaha 100 enduro.
This one is from a 74 or 75 Yamaha enduro. I have several 74/75 enduros and I don't know which it came from. I spend a fair amount of time at Blalocks looking at bikes. Also getting my spark plug hole helicoiled when I stripped it out.
Please add any dealer stickers the you have, even duplicates!
Thanks,
Jay B in Maryland

Very cool stickers Jay.
Post pics of the CB and S90 in the "other bike" section., Love those old Honda's
I restored a few of them.
VIN, color on the S90, looks to be a ''65-66?

JayB - thanks for the pictures of the stickers. I bought my first bike ('68 Honda Mini Trail) from Cycles, Inc in Arlington. Spent a lot of time in all 3 of those dealerships back in the day.
I have an original '73 LT3 you might want to see.

I'd assume this is a dealers sticker as it's on the frame under the seat, 72 CT 2, I picked up the bike in Nevada.

Thanks, that is beautiful, just like the one I had! Only nicer! I put a small dent on the tank when I tried to ride between two trees that were too close together for the handlebars to fit through. I only did that once. Would have made a funny video.

This topic is awesome!!
and I love the shop sticker on my DT250A ... the sellers insisted I never ever remove that and I am super happy to oblige
Outrider
thinking about it now, maybe I should have had that as a forum id rather than the current?

Nice DT250, so it looks like the AU version of the DT250 had a low fender, here in the states they were high.
Thanks Mark

Well this is not a dealer sticker, I thought it was cool so I left it on the bike. I assume the “ORV” stands for “off road vehicle” 1979 was a long time ago for some of us. The bike pictured is my “rider”
