I said a few posts back I would post part numbers from Buchanan Spokes. The spokes fit perfectly. Easier to read directly off my receipt. BTW, these fit
the stock 1974 rims and hubs.

Looks beautiful to me, well done for a non paint guy!
One point to note, painting the thread of the oil tank filler hole, PO did this on mine and I was getting paint flakes in the oil, the 2t oil was breaking it down, and with the friction of the cap in the threads it was coming away.

Lookin good except the last image is missing. Of course i want to see it even more now haha. I note the detent plunger cap is in place. If you did that to protect the thread while painting then all good. Just want to be sure the plunger & spring are in your box of bits & not dropped out & rolled under the compressor--"like my stuff does" & hides.

Please let me know if this order of crankcase assembly would work well. (Note; R=oil pump side, L=mag)
1, Freeze L bearing. Heat L crankcase using propane torch around bearing area. then install bearing.
2. Freeze R bearing. Heat R crankcase, install bearing.
3. Install remaining case bearings in similar manner.
4. Cool down then install L and R seals.
3. Freeze crank, install in R, then left crankcase as quickly as possible w/case assembly tool. I'll be using "Yamabond 4"
(or should I freeze crank and heat innter bearing race, then install seals after cool???)
I have an assembly tool I need to review how to use...Also, when is best to install seals? Before or after crank?
Please people keep in mind, I'm thinking out loud. Have not looked at this in some time. Looking for advice on assembly.
I figure once I have the crank halves together, things should be a bit smoother.
