Getting on with my 72DT 2 resto, jut looking at the breather pipe route 
I have one from the main crank case, and one from the ignition side case.Does anyone have a photo of how they go ?Image is a test to see if I can use google images, that is if it works

Ive referenced this listing many times working on my 1972 dt2 250: bringatrailer.com/listing/1972-yamaha-dt2-3/

The way I have it is that the gearbox breather hose leads/ends to an opening to the stator.
And the breather from the stator leads to anywhere behind the gearbox like in this photo .
