Emoticon freeze was created by Winterwoods

~

While composing a reply, I selected an Emoticon
and then I lost my cursor and could not continue.
I hit CANCEL, then it brought me back to where I was.

Also,

If I am reading new or current posts and I go to,
let's say, page 2 to read more posts,
if I then-sign out and leave the site completely
and then return much later,
I am still on page 2, when I return???

When you add an Emoticon, the site creates what is called a 'Modal" which is akin to a popup. I am looking at how to remove that, but until then after you add the emoticon, you have to hit the button "CLOSE MODAL" to get back to normal editing. If your browser completely disappears, that may be something different. What browser are you using (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer?)

In a similar way, if you add attachments, it opens up that window and you can close it back down by re-clicking the attachments button.

As far as the staying on the same page, that is a behavior we have had off and on even before the update. That one I don't have a good answer for . . . yet.

Thanks for the feedback. will add to the list :)
IF it isn't one thing, it's another.
