I reply as someone who is a long way down the path that you might be treading!
There are many threads and posts on the forum about the unreliability of the early DT CDIs - mainly to do with the pulsar fitted, I believe. For this reason, the general view is that it is better to fit the points system of the same year DT250.
Alas, I didn't realise this, or what had been done to my DT360, before ordering lots of expensive CDI parts (with postage to the UK on top!). I just thought that the wiring had been hacked around and parts stripped off the bike, whereas what had actually happened was that a previous owner had replaced the CDI with points and all that needed doing was the wiring tidied up.
I would ask, therefore, why you are looking for a flywheel - is it missing, are you going back to CDI from points etc? Also, do you have the CDI or points back plate?
I currently have all the parts needed to run with CDI or points, but haven't got as far as fitting the CDI yet and so I don't know if my second hand pulsar will work.
